Leadership Development

Our Leadership Development program helps build civil society in Cuba. The vision of the initiative is to unite the Cuban Protestant leaders by equipping them with modern theological teaching methods. This, in turn, will help these leaders become better qualified to train others, and aid in the creation of a thriving Church Community.
Our mission is to foster communication, understanding, and ultimately coop-eration among the Church Community. In achieving this goal we will also help to provide a vision for the future, based on the experience of Western Free Church.
