Humanitarian Aid
Supplements for High-Risk Cuban Children Initiative |
With the help of our partners, which include both organizations and individuals, we are able to make a joint effort in distributing humanitarian aid that encourage long-term development and strengthen coping mechanisms.
Our Dry Milk and Supplements for High Risk Cuban Children Initiative provides instant milk and nutrition supplements to over 4,000 children, from newborns to seven year olds. Through this program children who come from single-family homes, or children of prisoners, are able to receive the life sustaining nourish-ment they need to survive. Over 200 independent churches located mostly in the eastern provinces of Cuba distribute the dry milk and supplements, as well as select the disadvantaged children who will receive this aid. |
Monterey Humanitarian Program |
In partnership with Bear Sterns & Co. we have developed a program which supports nine humanitarian aid initiatives that foster long-term progress and strengthen survival mechanisms.
Summed up, the Monterey Humanitarian Programs have substantially enhanced the lives of 370 children, 50 deaf and blind persons (mostly children), 190 senior adults and 50 women at-risk.

Christian Education |
The program goal is to facilitate Christian educational opportunities in the Cuban Evangelical Christian Church and seminaries. Our goal is accomplished by the generosity of others who donate laptop computers. These laptop computers contain theological studies in their hard drive and are essential to the program because they enhance the various levels of knowledge in each student or teacher through modern technology. |
Computers expand the teaching capacity of each seminary. Increased teaching capacity will result in increased enrollment creating the need for even more com-puters. Our goal is 535 computers. Reaching this goal would reduce the average number of computers to faculty members and students to one computer for every 12 students. |
